Agape has a current opening for an Administrative Assistant II to provide high-level administrative support to designated members of the Executive or Leadership Team. The role involves executive & leadership support, administrative coordination, organizational collaboration, and professional responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a professional office environment supporting leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, and PowerPoint
