Lead the performance of the Rapid Recovery (gas acquisition) business to meet operational and commercial targets and growth.

Requirements

• P&L responsibility in a SME environment
• Strong track record in sales & sales management within the refrigeration/HVAC industry or ancillary services industries
• Background in a services or rentals business model
• Experience of managing commercial relationships with distributors/ wholesalers/ contractors
