AGBO is seeking a temporary Asset Artist to help build high-quality, real-time content for game projects in Unreal Engine. The ideal candidate has strong skills in modeling, surfacing, layout, and optimization, and a deep understanding of real-time production pipelines.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience creating assets for real-time games or interactive projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in modeling and texturing across characters, environments, vehicles, and props
- Proficient in Unreal Engine workflows for asset implementation, material creation, and optimization
- Advanced knowledge of DCC tools such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Houdini, or similar
- Experience optimizing assets for performance while maintaining visual fidelity
- Strong understanding of form, anatomy, proportion, scale, silhouette, lighting, and composition
- Experience working across multiple art styles, with or without direct concept reference
- Ability to gather references and contribute to look development
- Strong communication skills and ability to receive and implement art direction effectively
