Job Description
AGBO is seeking a talented Realtime Lighting Technical Director to join our Visual Effects (VFX) team. The Lighting Technical Director will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality lighting within Unreal Engine to achieve a photorealistic or stylized look based on project requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lighting for real-time environments, feature films, television, or high-end commercials
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5’s lighting and rendering workflows
- Virtual Art Department Experience
- Experience with real-time lighting techniques, including dynamic, static, and hybrid lighting solutions
- Understanding of physically based rendering (PBR) workflows and real-time shading
