CNC Machinist Lead

AGC Heat Transfer is seeking a CNC Lead Machinist to implement new machines, lead and mentor operators, and ensure high-quality production of precision parts. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a machine shop environment and a passion for teaching and developing others.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• A machinist mindset with a passion for teaching and developing others
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read drawings and understand tolerancing/GD&T
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment
