Shop Supervisor - Swing Shift

AGC Heat Transfer is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead swing shift operations and keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will be a confident manufacturing leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, and solving real-time challenges.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (Supervisor or Lead)
• Experience in fabrication, machining, or industrial manufacturing environments
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide hands-on leadership on the shop floor
• Able to read, write, and speak English
