Requirements
- Lead Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning process for mineral processing plants, ensuring all activities align with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop Commissioning Plans: Formulate and implement detailed Commissioning Management Plans, Execution Plans, and Strategy Outlines, ensuring a structured and efficient approach to the commissioning process.
- Process Control Management: Ensure that process plant control elements are designed, implemented, and tested according to specifications, including control logics, operating philosophies, and system architecture.
- Safety Compliance and Leadership: Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, particularly during pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR), and actively contribute to a safety-first culture throughout commissioning activities.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and equipment during the commissioning phase, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Manage Hazop and Risk Assessments: Lead or participate in Hazop studies, pre-commissioning Hazop, and other risk management processes, ensuring all potential hazards are identified and mitigated before plant startup.
- Provide Technical Oversight: Offer expertise in mineral processing systems, providing technical guidance on commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues to ensure successful plant startup and operations.
