Requirements
- Effectively lead construction team(s) and ensure teams have the necessary resources to execute projects on time.
- Build collaborative, high-performing teams of construction employees; coach, mentor, and develop to ensure the success of all team members.
- Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other variables; monitor project progress and deliver timely solutions to the customer.
