Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Skilled Technician to join our team. As a critical part of the plant maintenance team, you will help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. Your work will directly support production uptime, quality, and a safe work environment for employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or associate degree in Mechanical Maintenance Technology preferred.
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems; experience with CNC machines, robots, lasers, and PLCs is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical documentation, and drawings.
