The Product Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our customers can maximize their experience with our products and services. This role adds value to our customers and our dealer network by providing exceptional customer service; educating both customers and dealers on our products, technology offerings, and services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support within the agricultural industry
- Hands-on experience operating agricultural equipment with a strong knowledge of ag technology products
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent agriculture experience)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM
