Job Description
The Product Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring customers can maximize their experience with our products and services, providing exceptional customer service, educating customers and dealers, and executing education and training.
Requirements
- College or technical school degree with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and/or technical support in the agricultural industry
- Experience operating agricultural equipment and robust knowledge of technology products in the agricultural industry
- Salesforce CRM experience, 2+ years of sales experience in a dealer-based distribution channel
- 1+ years' experience working with ag or industrial equipment or associated technology products
- Strong agronomy knowledge and Strong communication skills
