Job Description
Senior MLOps Engineer to join the AI Platform Engineering team at AGCO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deploying and managing Machine Learning models in production environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software, data, or ML engineering
- 4â5+ years running ML systems in production
- Deep expertise in observability for ML systems, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, distributed tracing, autoâinstrumentation, and telemetry standards
- Proven cloud-native MLOps experience on GCP or AWS (GCP preferred), with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Agentic AI Operation experience: Agent Ops, LLM Ops
- End-to-end model operations leadership, including lifecycle tooling (MLflow/Kubeflow), drift and performance monitoring, automated rollback, and strong crossâfunctional collaboration focused on reliability, transparency, and operability
