Job Description
As a Sr. Validation Engineer, you will investigate and resolve complex product quality and reliability issues, and provide expert guidance to dealers and internal teams. You will work on a variety of agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, and windrowers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, agricultural engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of validation experience (preferably in agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment)
- Strong background in data collection, data analysis, and root cause investigations
