Job Description
AGCO is looking for a Team Lead, Engineering, Mechanical Validation Lab to help solve the world's most pressing challenges and lead initiatives to improve lab efficiency and automation. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of engineering experience and a strong leadership presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree (Masters in Engineering is preferred)
- 15+ years of engineering experience
- Extensive Experience with Mechanical & Mechatronics testings like Fatigue, NVH, ROPS/ FOPS, Hydraulic testing, Compliance & Homologation, Rig testing with tress/strain Data Acquisition, Accelerometer & load transducer
- Experience in Material testing & composition & test methodologies
- Proficiency using advance Office & Project Management tools
- Good Experience in Manufacturing Process
