Job Description
The Product Validation Engineer will be responsible for executing prototype build schedules, ensuring alignment with engineering priorities and program timelines. The engineer will interface closely with Project Management, Product Development and Test teams to secure resources and support ongoing AGCO programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering or equivalent degree (MBA in Project Management preferred)
- Desired minimum of 3 years of engineering experience
- Must possess a familiarity with Protoshop or Validation tests' processess
- Experience with Project Planning and related tools
- Flexibility to adapt to fast track projects and dynamic environment
- Proficiency using Excel and Power Point
- English Fluency or advanced level
