Bold is seeking an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to assist the CEO and leadership team. The role requires an in-office presence and includes managing key office operations and supporting the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar operations role
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and problem-solve without step-by-step instructions
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable tracking and reporting monthly office spend, managing invoices/receipts, and keeping things organized for finance
- Strong judgment and comfort making decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
