Requirements
- Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the applicable province/state.
- Experience in senior care or long-term care (preferred).
- Education or background in gerontology, rehabilitation, or complex/community care (asset).
- Strong clinical knowledge and care coordination skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office.
- Completion of a current Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
