Registered Nurse Casual AgeCare Aurora

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to residents in accordance with required medical care and professional nursing practice. This role supervises the activities and provides direction to the Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers. The RN coordinates nursing and other services for the residents, leads shift report with members of the health care team, and reviews and processes physician orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registration and membership in good standing with provincial registry
• Sound knowledge and background in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial and Municipal Statues
