Office Manager

We are seeking an Office Manager for our Northbrook, IL location. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in/check-out, answering phones, and scheduling appointments, as well as verifying insurance coverage and collecting payments. The role requires a strong customer service background, organizational skills, and knowledge of insurance verification and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare front desk
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of insurance verification and HIPAA compliance
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy, walk-in environment
