AgelessRx is a telehealth platform that offers longevity solutions and prescription therapies. The Customer Experience Specialist will provide support to patients across various channels, including email, phone, EMR, and chat.

Requirements

• 2 years of client-facing experience
• Certified health coach certification or previous education/experience in health coaching
• Education/experience in health, wellness, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks
• Interest in the anti-aging/longevity movement
