The Marketing & Advertising Manager will lead the development and execution of all marketing, branding, and digital initiatives for Fluid Cooling Systems and Velocity Pump & Controls. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, strengthening brand presence, supporting sales growth, and managing digital platforms—including website updates and eCommerce development.
Requirements
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company growth goals
- Identify target markets (industrial, HVAC, OEM, distribution) and tailor messaging accordingly
- Support sales initiatives with campaigns that drive qualified leads and specifications
- Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Manage and continuously update company websites for both FCS and VPC
- Improve SEO performance and search rankings for key products and services
- Optimize user experience, content, and conversion paths
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep technical content accurate and up to date
- Develop and manage eCommerce platforms for Velocity Pump & Controls product lines
- Build and maintain online catalogs (pumps, parts, lubrication, etc.)
- Integrate pricing, inventory, and customer experience tools
- Identify opportunities to grow online sales channels and streamline purchasing
- Create brochures, case studies, product literature, and technical sell sheets
- Develop content highlighting company capabilities (pump systems, heat transfer, filtration, controls, etc.)
- Maintain consistent branding across both companies
- Support trade shows, presentations, and customer-facing materials
- Manage LinkedIn and other relevant platforms with a focus on B2B engagement
- Develop targeted advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Promote projects, case studies, and company milestones
- Build brand awareness in key industries (automotive, steel, data centers, HVAC)
- Work closely with sales teams to develop tools that help close business
- Assist in proposal presentation materials and customer-facing content
- Help position FCS and VPC as engineering-driven solution providers
- Support OEM and distributor partnership growth initiatives
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement
- Use data to refine marketing strategies and increase effectiveness
