Job Description
Agero is seeking an Engineering Manager, ML & Optimization Systems to lead a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers in architecting, building, and operating the next-generation Dispatch Optimization platform. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, constrained Optimization, and scalable cloud-native service development.
Requirements
- 6+ years relevant experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Operations Research
- 2+ years proven experience in engineering management or a similar technical leadership role
- Deep understanding of Data Science, ML techniques, optimization methods, and architectural requirements for low-latency, real-time decision services
