Job Description
Agero is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead and scale a newly formed sales team focused on roadside technology and call center solutions. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a background in B2B services or technology and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams from the ground up.
Requirements
- College degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience within a related industry (technology, B2B services, call center operations, or automotive/roadside assistance)
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team, establishing team processes, or territory start-up is highly preferred
