Performance Analyst

AGF Management Limited is seeking a Performance Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investment performance measurement, monitoring, and reporting activities. The role requires a strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution methodologies, as well as experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Administration
• Working towards or completion of a Professional designation - CFA, CIPM
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in performance measurement and performance attribution
• Strong understanding of performance measurement and performance attribution methodologies
• Strong understanding of accounting principles relevant to investment accounting and Net Asset Value valuation
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Bloomberg terminal and Eagle System is a strong plus
• Understanding databases and the ability to discuss database concepts with the Reporting and Operations teams
• Strong technical, analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and deliver quickly in a high-performing culture
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Exhibit high attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines and working under pressure
