Project Manager EIE

Agfa is looking for a Project Manager EIE to join their team in Mortsel, BE. The successful candidate will be responsible for project realization from start to finish, working on energy transformation and supporting the Paris targets of 2030. The role requires a master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable education, with experience in electrical distribution, PLC, HMI, and networks.

Requirements

• Interest in technology and physics (thermodynamics)
• Experience in electrical distribution (LS and HS)
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, and networks
• Knowledge of electricity, electricity generation, active and reactive power control
• Experience in Demand Site Response needs
• Responsible for HS switching
• Responsible for HS installation (in the absence of the responsible person)
• Master's degree in electrical engineering or comparable education
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Experience with various basic energy forms (steam, warm water, tower water, cold water, compressed air)
• Knowledge of energy conversion processes (WKK, steam boilers, cooling machines, air compressors, cooling towers...)
• Good basic knowledge of electricity and control technology
• Sufficient knowledge of HS systems and distributions
• Experience as a skilled person BA5
• Experience as a (NEN 3840) skilled person High Voltage (VP HS) or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in project, maintenance, and/or process techniques and production processes
• Ability to work independently and take necessary initiatives
• Good organizational skills and result-oriented
• Analytical and determined to implement process improvements
• Sense of responsibility, perseverance, and stress-resistant
• Fluency in Dutch, English, basic knowledge of French and German
