Requirements

• Proven (Senior) HR/People Business Partner in a fast paced, scaling, multicounty environment (matrix / multiple legal entities)
• Commercially astute and execution driven
• Trusted advisor and influencer with healthy stakeholder relationships
• Strong in OD, change and workforce planning
• Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: French; Spanish or Italian; willing to travel across the region
