Job Description
Agicap is seeking an Account Executive Mid Market to join their team in Milan, Italy. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, a track record of selling to C-levels, and strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in B2B SaaS sales or relevant experience in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Track record of selling to C-levels: CFO, Finance Director, Treasury, ideally in the mid-market or enterprise segment
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable with CRM discipline (HubSpot), pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in environments where the playbook is still being written
