Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will enable change in customers' organisations by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. The role requires conducting detailed analysis based on business problems and opportunities, and recommending appropriate action to address the change.

Requirements

• Create and design specifications as requested by the various Business Units.
• Liaise with consultants and managers to document business processes effectively.
• Ensure that various appropriate infrastructure elements, including documents, manuals, policy documents, etc. are kept up to date and are available.
• Analyse and understand project scope and core objectives linked to the product roadmap.
• Assist in requirements elicitation workshops with stakeholders to define high level business requirements.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with the project team to analyse information needs and functional requirements to deliver the following artefacts that are needed: Business/functional requirement specifications, Wireframes, Workflow/Process flow diagrams, Data Models.
• Review the test plan and test scripts to ensure quality and coverage.
