Maritime Portfolio Interoperability Test & Evaluation Lead

At Agile Defense, we are looking for a Maritime Portfolio Interoperability Test & Evaluation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the overall T&E planning, preparation, execution, and reporting effort for the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract. The role will involve performing task management and administration actions, designing and implementing IOP test planning documentation, and collaborating with senior management, cross-functional teams, and internal/external customers.

Requirements

• Doctorate or higher in a relevant technical curriculum
• At least 4 years of experience
• Active Secret security clearance on hire date with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
• Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, internal/external customers, and end-users
