Job Description
Agile Defense is seeking a Scrum Master to support our contract with the DRAID CDAO ADA IR Program. The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, mission stakeholders, and technical teams to lead Agile transformation efforts and scale Agile methodologies across teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in supporting Agile teams or working within an Agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar industry certification
- Basic proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Active Top Secret clearance required (SCI eligibility preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in or foundational knowledge of AI/ML pipelines, data engineering, or national defense projects.
