Position Details
The Agile Robots AG has been the majority shareholder of BÄR Automation GmbH since 2023. This vacancy is to be filled at BÄR Automation GmbH in Gemmingen. The location is directly connected to the Heilbronn and Karlsruhe city rail.
Your Tasks
- Creation of mechanical documentation: Documenting equipment, assembly groups, and providing a functional description for all life phases (transport, assembly, operation, maintenance, repair, disassembly) of a machine/plant
- Compilation of electrical and mechanical documents + sending to end customers or uploading to their customer portals
- Preparing drawings and bills of materials according to customer specifications
- Checking and evaluating customer obligations, burdens, and regulations
- Providing a functional description of the machine/plant
- Creating maintenance instructions/repair instructions
- Implementing customer specifications (deviation from standard documentation)
- Creating training materials, possibly conducting training
- Coordinating with customers and suppliers in the field of documentation
- Controlling translation offices
- Creating CE documentation in accordance with the Bär company guidelines
- Independent resource planning
Your Profile
The basis of your profile is a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a technical training.
- Experience in dealing with delivery specifications, specifications, and standards
- Experience with safety-relevant standards, guidelines, and laws
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Good knowledge of working with 2D/3D CAD systems from Inventor and AutoCAD
- Fluent German language skills, very good English language skills
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical matters
- Independent, reliable, structured, and customer-oriented work
- Team ability and joy in shared success
