Agiliti is a nationwide company of passionate medical equipment management experts. The Customer Service Technician is responsible for delivering and managing medical equipment, educating customers, and completing paperwork.
Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older, with high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
- Have customer service experience, prior work experience in hospital setting is helpful.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
