Surgical Evaluation Technician

The Surgical Evaluation Technician I uses technical and mechanical skills for the incoming and outgoing evaluation of surgical medical instruments within a designated Modality. Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 1-2 years of experience with repairs preferred but not required
• Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend and stoop often
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• Some cost awareness and performance
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet department needs
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to perform equipment decontamination processes if needed
• Maintain modality/department standards
