Surgical Laser Technicians maintain a professional relationship with all physicians, hospital staff, physicians’ office staff and other personnel both in appearance and behavior. A Technician’s role is to make sure equipment is working and ready for use before, during, and after each surgery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior medical, EMT, Surgical Technologist, or military experience preferred
- Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- Must be able to lift up to eighty pounds and push or pull up to one hundred pounds
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time as well as being able to bend and reach repeatedly
- Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
