Product Counsel

Agility's Product Counsel will own privacy, data governance, and responsible AI legal strategy for humanoid robotics systems, working closely with various teams to embed privacy-by-design principles and advise on novel privacy challenges.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
• Active and in good standing bar membership in at least one U.S. state or equivalent foreign jurisdiction
• 6–10+ years of post-qualification legal experience as a practicing attorney
• Demonstrated experience advising on technology, internet, media, or AI-powered products and services delivered at a customer site
• Strong product counseling experience, including support for advanced product teams and 0→1 product launches
• Experience with AI transactions, including licensing, joint development, and strategic partnerships
• Familiarity with advertising, privacy, data protection, consumer protection, competition, and intellectual property laws and regulations
• Proven business judgment and ability to provide solution-oriented legal advice that facilitates business objectives
