Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack, Connect

Agiloft is a global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software. As a Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack, you will lead the design and implementation of systems that extend the core Agiloft platform into a new generation of contract review and collaboration experiences.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Strong experience building backend services and APIs using Python in a product-focused environment
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services, particularly within a serverless architecture
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, observability tools, and cloud-native best practices
• Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over the systems you build
• Collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in cross-functional settings
• Creative and pragmatic problem solver with a mindset for building scalable, maintainable system
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence technical decisions across teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in using relevant AI Tools in the SLDC (for example, GitHub Copilot, JetBrains AI Assistant) coding, and/or API integrations
