Job Description
The Assistant back office will be responsible for receiving orders, entering them into SAP, tracking manufacturing, and performing administrative tasks. They will also be involved in team meetings, organizing travel, and participating in representations at clients or officials.
Requirements
- Bac +2 / 3 in commercial administration or agriculture or commerce or any equivalent diploma
- 5 years minimum of experience in administration of export sales
- Skills in taxation and HR (payroll)
- Mastering of SAP
- Relational ease, ability to manage customer relationships
- Knowledge of the seed industry
- Languages: French / English
