Job Description
The Assistant Development HR will be responsible for contributing to the implementation of the HR development policy and mobilization of personnel, and will facilitate the diffusion of a culture of change.
Requirements
- Participate actively in the mobilization and re-engagement of personnel
- Contribute to the realization of activities in the mobilization plan
- Participate in the organization of activities to value personnel and improve the social climate
- Conduct periodic surveys among employees
- Report all employee concerns with proposals
- Produce follow-up reports on personnel mobilization actions
- Conduct activities to improve the experience of collaborators
- Participate in recruitment and talent retention
- Develop job vacancy announcements
- Organize interviews with DOs and candidates
- Conduct Onboarding program activities
- Write recruitment reports
- Conduct reference checks
- Manage continuing professional development
- Monitor actions in the training plan
- Periodically evaluate training cabinets
- Conduct training evaluations
- Transmit documents to the FDFP
