Job Description
The Accountant-H/F position will be attached to the General Management. The main missions of the post holder are summarized as follows: establishing legal documents, maintaining company accounts, preparing financial reports, and monitoring customer and supplier accounts.
Requirements
- Establishing legal documents and maintaining company accounts
- Preparing account balances, profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and operating accounts
- Preparing social and tax declarations
- Monitoring customer, supplier, and company treasury accounts
- Participating in analysis, budgetary, and financial analysis of the company
- Managing major accounts
- Relaunching customers by email and phone
- Tracking aged balance with indications of ongoing relaunch actions
- Letting client accounts in the accounting tool (Sage 100)
- Following customer collections, receipts, and deductions for accounting regularization
