Job Description
The post of DIRECTOR GENERAL H/F will be attached to Group CEO. The Director will have 5 main objectives: ensure the radiance of the subsidiary on the Ivorian market, develop the client portfolio, coordinate/supervise the operational management of the vehicle park, strengthen the commercial team, and renew the credit lines with partner banks.
Requirements
- Master's degree in management, strategy, finance or business administration, in economics, business law or management or any other equivalent diploma
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a similar position
- Experience in managing a profitable center
- Professional experience in finance (company finance and/or management control and/or audit) will be a plus
- Commercial experience with proven results is essential
- Experience of several years in Sub-Saharan Africa (an experience in CĂ´te d'Ivoire would be a plus)
- French (a good mastery of English would be a plus)
- Proactivity, organization, efficiency, autonomy are essential qualities
- Excellent communication skills
