Job Description
We are seeking a Senior State Engineer to join our team in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical organization, coordination, and monitoring of projects, as well as ensuring technical compliance and safety.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in civil engineering, building or equivalent
- Justify a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in a similar function
- Solid knowledge of civil engineering, construction techniques, and coordination of all state bodies
- Master of computer tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel)
- In-depth knowledge of BTP sector norms and regulations (safety, accessibility, etc.)
- Analyze, synthesize, and validate technical documents (plans, CCTP, DOE...)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage technical unexpected situations
- Rigor, sense of organization, and autonomy in project management
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Analytical and transverse technical problem-solving spirit
- Ability to federate stakeholders and coordinate several technical lots efficiently
