Job Description
The Corporate Brokerage Manager will manage and develop the brokerage branch, including portfolio and partners management, organization, animation, and development. The role requires a strong background in sales and team commercial management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Banking and Insurance sector.
Requirements
- Manage and take charge of the expectations, concerns, and complaints of brokers
- Prepare commercial documents: Corporate presentations - commercial offers - project convention - broker conventions
- Follow the management of conventions, invoices, and other documents in the business software
- Develop and animate the broker network
- Negotiate and conclude strategic partnerships
- Ensure the monitoring of performances (sales, margins, etc.) and produce regular reporting
- Ensure monitoring of the evolution of regulations related to life insurance products and brokerage
