Job Description
Administrative and Financial Manager responsible for leading the company's administrative, accounting, and financial management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and contributing to the development strategy.
Requirements
- Supervise general and analytical accounting;
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, annexes);
- Develop and follow the budget, forecasts and cash plans;
- Manage relations with banks, investors and financial partners;
- Follow receipts, payments and financial risk management;
- Ensure legal, tax and social compliance of the company;
- Manage contracts, conventions, leases, insurance and legal obligations;
- Supervise personnel administration (pay, social declarations, employment contracts);
- Be the interlocutor with administrations (taxes, social bodies, etc.);
- Design and follow financial performance indicators;
- Analyze the differences between forecasts and results;
- Propose corrective actions and accompany the management in decision-making;
- Produce reliable monthly reports and dashboards;
- Supervise the administrative, accounting and financial team;
- Define, improve and secure internal procedures;
- Accompany the upgrading of skills of the collaborators.
