Requirements
- Coach the Station Leadership team in understanding their finances
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts with clear assumptions, risks, scenarios, and opportunities
- Provide forward-looking insights into cost drivers, labour impacts, maintenance programs, and capital priorities
- Deliver month-end results aligned to AGL, Integrated Energy, and site requirements
- Provide clear driver-based variance analysis (what happened, why, and what next)
- Collaborate with other Finance team members to provide insights into cash flow impacts from operational and capital activities
- Contribute to labour reporting across P&L and balance sheet, in coordination with the broader Loy Yang Finance team
- Lead capability uplift and cross-skilling within the Finance team
