Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety, or related discipline (diploma or above)
- Experience on client-side health and safety contractor management (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience developing or reviewing H&S requirements in contracts across diverse contracting models
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to project sites
- Demonstrated experience in auditing, governance, assurance activities and incident investigation
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across diverse teams
