Reliability Engineer

Agnico Eagle Mines is seeking a Reliability Engineer to optimize plant availability and throughput by improving asset reliability and integrity, using various engineering processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing condition monitoring activities, performing root cause analysis investigations, and championing world-class reliability programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Technologist certification, or a trade certification with exceptional experience in a similar role
• Professional designation is preferred
• Experience with equipment reliability programs is an asset
• Exposure to project management techniques
• Familiarity with mineral processing, specifically with crushers, SAG and ball mills circuits, bearings, pumps, etc. are an asset
• Reliability-related training or certifications are considered an asset (e.g., vibration analysis, lubrication, RCA, thermography, ultrasound, etc.)
• Proven commitment to safety, heath and environmental best practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, time management and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and intermediate to advanced level knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, PI Vision/Historian and JDE
