Superintendent, Underground Mine (Fly-In Fly-Out)

At Agnico Eagle, we're looking for a Superintendent, Underground Mine to lead our Hope Bay Project in Nunavut. You'll be responsible for directing underground mining operations, achieving productivity and profitability goals, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in directing underground mining operations
• Leadership, interpersonal, organizational and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Deswik is considered an asset
• Exposure to permafrost, remote mine sites and mine start-up to production ramp-up is considered an asset
