Job Description
The Talent Coordinator will support the Talent Development Department by ensuring the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle's values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. The role will run the ECPDP governance, lead the program's scheduling and logistical coordination, and administer structured competency evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR/Learning and Development or related Business or Management discipline
- 3+ years direct experience supporting early career or talent development programs
- Certification in project management, learning and development, instructional design, or talent management preferred
- Strong project/program skills and data fluency
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications
