Sr. Product Manager- AI

Agora is seeking a Sr. Product Manager- AI to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our generative and conversational AI solutions. As a subject matter expert and advocate, you'll represent Agora's AI vision to partners and industry leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of combined experience as a Product Manager and Senior Product Manager
• 2+ years of experience leading products supporting live streaming and B2B video
• 2+ years of experience leading product management for successful AI products
• 2+ years of experience as a software developer working on AI-based applications using Python and Golang
• Deep technical proficiency and understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), voice, video, speech-to-text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS)
• Strong technical and business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in defining, delivering, and driving market-leading products throughout the product lifecycle
• Experience in defining key performance metrics that drive business intelligence and enable informed decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor, grow, and develop junior product managers
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and AI regulations to ensure compliance in product development
• Experience as a co-founder and working in a startup environment (strongly preferred)
• Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin
