As a District Sales Manager, you will deliver sales revenue and drive market penetration within an assigned territory by executing business and territory plans and developing a strong dealer network.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a district business plan and territory plans to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Recruit, develop, and maintain a strong dealer network aligned with the company's distribution strategy.
- Champion the brand's positioning, value proposition, and customer experience, while influencing and coaching dealers to adopt effective selling techniques, marketing programs, and service practices that deliver consistent farmer experience.
